GOAL:
Increase attendance at annual promotional exposition and create a more successful event from year-to-year with a broader audience appeal.
TACTIC:
Plan the logistics of the event and live-stream the conference, film interviews with key speakers and members of the organization, and capturing b-roll of the festival.

RESULTS:
Event sold out the contracted hotel rooms and four other venues, production value was increased, and the conference was streamed by thousands of additional interested viewers.
