Foster the development of a culturally-rich environment from the inside out.

Tactic:

Initiate print ad, video and website communications to increase awareness of innovative, progressive programs and people to further embrace diversity and outreach.

Target:

  • Male and female faculty. Male and females 22-42.

Results:

Top Level awareness in the space of diverse student and faculty sensitivity training and recruitment.

FabCom produced this image with half of a multicultural woman's face obscured and containing the full spectrum of colors superimposed into the iris of her eye. FabCom's tagline is on display to indicate that, together with the various texture treatment of each hue, that FabCom designed this superimposion of a portion of a dark-skinned man with a mustouche represents the welcoming diversity of this university's culture. FabCom's combination of marketing ROI tracking is evidenced here by using a vanity URL in tandem with a QR code within the design of this diversity awareness campaign ad.
