Monique McKenna

Monique serves as our Art Director and Production Manager, where she brings over 25 years of industry experience balancing creativity with precision. Born and raised in the small town of Globe, Arizona, she is known for her ability to deliver visually compelling work while keeping complex productions on time and on budget. Monique combines a foundation in graphic design with hands-on production management, ensuring that every project runs smoothly from concept through completion.

In her daily work, Monique oversees all aspects of production, including coordinating with vendors, obtaining and comparing quotes, and generating purchase orders. She ensures that each job, from print materials to photo and video shoots, aligns with timelines, stays within budget, and supports the overall creative vision.

Alongside her production expertise, Monique contributes to concept development and art direction across a variety of campaigns. She specializes in graphic design, environmental design, and special projects. On set at video/photoshoots, her approachable and transparent demeanor puts clients at ease, while her quick thinking and creative problem-solving help maximize available resources and deliver results that exceed expectations.

Monique holds a bachelor’s degree in graphic design from the Art Institute of Phoenix, with a focus in marketing and visual communication. Her combination of artistic talent, technical skills, and production experience has made her an essential part of FabCom’s creative team.
