As Director of First Impressions at FabCom, Betty brings a calm and steady presence to the office lobby. Known for her timeless style and unshakable composure, she is the first to welcome visitors and set the tone for every interaction that follows. Originally from an undisclosed showroom in Northern Italy, Betty was imported to the U.S. under “fragile,” though it quickly became clear she was built for pressure. Betty has become a familiar and dependable presence that helps make the office feel inviting from the moment you walk in.

In her role, Betty supports front desk operations by greeting guests and helping create a welcoming environment. While she is not much of a talker, she has a talent for attentive listening and silent communication, and many people find themselves naturally comfortable sharing a quick thought or story. Her organization is unmatched, and if you ever lose your office coat, she knows exactly where to find it. She has also sat through every rebrand, silently judging but upholding the level of excellence FabCom stands for.

On a daily basis, Betty remains dedicated to her post, keeping a watchful eye on lobby activity and maintaining a polished front office space. She handles even the busiest days with ease and has yet to take a single day off. Before joining FabCom, she spent years in high fashion retail, where she held premier positions in luxury storefronts and became known for her ability to stop people in their tracks without ever saying a word, capturing attention and influencing behavior from behind the glass. She later appeared in several commercials as an “uncredited presence,” consistently delivering flawless composure across every take.

Over time, Betty began to notice that attention alone was not enough, and that beautiful displays did not always translate to meaningful engagement or results. Seeking something more, she transitioned away from surface level visibility and joined FabCom in pursuit of strategy, substance, and measurable impact. She holds a degree in Brand Design and Visual Communication from the Istituto Europeo di Design, where she developed a deeper understanding of how visual perception influences marketing effectiveness. Today, she brings her refined eye for aesthetics and years of observing human behavior up close into a more purposeful role. With an uncanny ability to read a room and assess a first impression, Betty continues to quietly uphold the standard of FabCom’s branding.
