Brian Fabiano, CEO and founder of FabCom, is the leader who gives our team the overdrive. Nationally recognized as an innovator, advertising and marketing industry leader, author, and speaker, Brian’s insights in digital transformation, artificial intelligence, business intelligence, strategic planning, and segmentation/database marketing are sought by corporations and trade associations alike. When it comes to the best interests of our clients and the results of the work, Brian refuses to lose.
Brian is the kind of CEO who outworks everybody. He developed the model for a new breed advertising agency leading to the growth of many top Arizona businesses. He was a computer innovator at the vanguard of desktop publishing in the ‘80s, deployed one of the first Macintosh publishing systems in the Southwest, pioneered the proprietary development of HD publishing processes, and developed a more environmentally responsible, higher quality form of publishing.
In the early ‘90s, Brian launched FabCom to develop dynamic online brands and help lead traditional brands to new markets utilizing the internet. FabCom introduced technology/communication processes that changed the face of Phoenix business: dynamic real-time marketing, brand mapping, cross-channel integrated marketing via new media platforms, etc. These capabilities are now the gold standard for integrated strategic marketing. His enthusiasm and passion for a great strategy can light up a room, but apparently, not his wardrobe. Brian says he’ll wear black until they come up with something darker.
Following the resounding success of his first book now in its sixth edition, Neuromarketology™, the second book is currently in the works.
Brian is driven by absolute principal integrity of telling the bold truth, who leads high performance teams, and lives by the axioms of “do your best” and “always do the right thing.” As a longtime coach, he drives the teams to sharpen their saws every day. He's one of those guys that sleeps four hours a night and works 12 hours a day … and most weekends. He loves to create; you can find him in the studio working shoulder to shoulder with skill and talent teams all day and working at his desk writing strategy at night.
Brian has also taught as a guest instructor at University of Advancing Technology, covering topics on marketing and technology. See his raving reviews here: https://www.ratemyprofessors.com/ShowRatings.jsp?tid=2088898
