Jennifer is the heart and soul of FabCom, serving as Principal and bringing over 35 years of experience in strategic marketing to the agency she helped found alongside Brian Fabiano. Her background on both the client and agency sides has earned her a reputation for uniting strategic expertise with an authentic, people-first mindset. At FabCom, she’s not only a leader but a cornerstone of its culture. 

In her daily work, Jennifer does it all: editor, strategist, writer, and team leader. Whether she’s shaping high-level marketing strategies, reviewing content for clarity and impact, or making sure birthdays and milestones are celebrated, she keeps the agency running with intention and care. 

Beyond her strategic role, Jennifer is a self-proclaimed "Jill of All Trades," known for her creative versatility and infectious enthusiasm. No task is too small and no project too complex for her to tackle with precision and insight. 

Jennifer’s career spans more than three decades in marketing, advertising, and business strategy. As one of FabCom’s founding members, she has helped shape the agency’s values-driven, family-oriented approach from the very beginning.
